We have been working closely and trustingly with the job centres and the employment agency for many years.
The goals and progress of each participant's reintegration are discussed at regular intervals with both institutions. Interim and final reports as well as the preparation of a success survey at the end of the vocational reintegration programme show the progress made:
Our placement rates are constant at 95-98 per cent. This shows that our measures are effective and help trainees to find a suitable position quickly.

We work with a wide variety of companies and place you directly in a suitable job!
Many companies take on our trainees directly after their training because they know they can rely on them: Our skilled workers are reliable and qualified. Because we are AZAV-certified - certified quality!
They already get to know many companies during their training and internships - and it is precisely there that they often receive direct job offers.
