The BSM Training Centre for Welding and Metal Technology stands for demand- and customer-oriented training and further education and guarantees quality in education.

We see it as our task to take the situation and development of the labour market into account when developing our training courses and to support participants in their integration into the regular labour market.

We develop and offer services that enable our customers to build a free and independent professional and social existence and to participate successfully in economic and social life and competition. We therefore strive to create the conditions for adapting to changes in earning capacity and the labour market.
