My name is Dogan Sener and since 2022 I have been the training manager at the BSM welding technology in Hürth!

I have been working as a trainer in adult education for 30 years - and I always look forward to meeting new participants and accompanying them on their way to becoming welders. I also advise industrial companies and ensure a safe and fair learning environment.

It is important to me that you feel Welcome and in good hands feel. I am not only your trainer, but also someone who supports you when things get difficult, gives you practical tips and encourages you to keep at it.

During your training you will learn Step by step:

• The most important welding techniques: MIG/MAG, WIG and E-hand
• Which metals are suitable for what and how to work with them safely.
• How different gases are used
• How to work safely with materials and devices

After your training, I will help you find a job that suits you!
