Company training / qualification
In order to remain competitive on the market in the long term, the continuous training and development of each individual employee is particularly important. You should therefore invest in the expertise of your employees.

Continuous further training is a matter of course for us, including training courses and exchange of experience in various DVS committees.
Our range of services includes the following welding processes in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9606-1 and 2:
- E-hand (111)
- MAG (135)
- TIG ST and TIG CrNi (141)

Employee qualification: Internal
Would you like to qualify your employees or prepare them for the welder's examination?
We will discuss the objective with you, carry out an appropriate manual dexterity test with your employee and submit a customised offer.
When it comes to extending or renewing welding certificates, your employees are in good hands with us. TÜV-Rheinland comes to our premises every two weeks to conduct the examinations. Your employees will receive comprehensive support for both the theoretical and practical examinations.
Contact us, we will be happy to advise you and create a customised training plan for your employees.
Employee qualification: External
If several employees are to be trained or qualified, we recommend on-site training
The advantages for on-site training:
1. cost savings from a certain participant size
On-site training has proven to be cost-effective for companies: If a larger group of employees can be trained at the same time instead of sending each individual to an external training course, the costs per head are reduced. There are also no travelling and accommodation costs for employees.
2. time savings for employees
No travelling to and from the training location, no check-in and check-out at the hotel: on-site training courses save specialists an enormous amount of time. The planned examinations can also be taken on site after consultation with TÜV Rheinland. The usual daily routine remains largely intact and routines can be maintained.
3. desired date possible
Determining the time and duration of the training yourself enables your company to organise the training so that it fits in with your work processes: For example, times with a low workload are particularly suitable so that employees can manage their workload despite further training.
4. high practical relevance and direct applicability
One of the most important advantages of on-site training is that the training content is customised to the needs of the company. This means that employees receive personalised training that can be implemented directly in their daily work. The courses can therefore be organised in such a way that company-specific goals can be achieved. An additional advantage is that welding can be carried out using the company's own equipment.
5. promotion of team building
Internal training can strengthen team spirit. By working in groups during training, employees learn to work as a team and resolve conflicts. Employees grow closer together, which is good for future teamwork.
There are opportunities to support the further training of your employees, e.g. via a training cheque. You can find more information here:
